Can I check-in late in the evening?
Yes, it is possible, you will receive an access code via text message in advance that will allow you to access the hotel and your room at any hour. You will then check in at the reception during opening hours.
Can I park at the hotel?
The hotel does not have its own parking spaces, it is located in a reserved residential parking area. Parking services can be arranged upon request for a fee. For more information about parking in the area, click here.
If the front desk has limited hours, does that mean I can't get into the hotel?
You can check in and out at any hour with the access code you receive in your message before you check-in.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms and kitchenettes?
We offer different types of rooms - with a separate bathroom and those where the bathroom is shared with the room next door. Please see the accommodation section for details. The shared kitchen is on the floor.
What does it mean that some rooms have a shared bathroom?
A shared bathroom means you share it with the room next door. These rooms are only located on one floor of the hotel, all other rooms have their own bathroom. No bathroom is shared for the whole floor. See the accommodation section for more information.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
The hotel does not have its own restaurant. However, our receptionists will be happy to advise you where to eat in the area. The hotel prepares breakfast and includes shared kitchenettes on the floor with a kettle and microwave. If you are organising an event with us, we can arrange catering.
Can I cook my own food at the hotel?
Each floor has a kitchenette with basic amenities, a kettle and a microwave. Fire regulations do not allow us any kind of cooker.
Can I additionally order breakfast?
Yes, it is possible to order breakfast on site at reception.
From when to when can I come for breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.
How far is the public transport stop from the hotel?
The nearest tram stop, Jana Masaryka, is a 5-minute walk away. The 22 line, which runs through the city centre to Prague Castle, stops here. You can change to metro line A one stop away, line C two stops away and line B four stops away.
How far is it from the hotel to the station?
The Main Train Station and Florenc Bus Station are both within 20 minutes by public transport.
Is there internet in the hotel?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. A wired connection is available on request for more demanding work requiring large data transfers.
